Pre-season tune-up camp (Incoming 5th-8th grade):
Location: Jean Shepherd Center at 3031 JF Mahoney Drive, Hammond, IN
Date/Time: Tuesday, Aug 3rd - Thursday, Aug. 5th. Incoming 5th-6th Grades: 3-5 PM. Incoming 7th-8th Grades: 5-7 PM.
Cost: Pre-register by July 1st - $50 (T-Shirt Included and size will be reserved)
Register after July 1st - $60 (T-Shirt Included but sizes are not guaranteed)
* Please include a check/money order made out to Diamond Elite Volleyball Academy. There is a waiver to sign on the first day. Print form from below (MS Word Format).
