The 2012 Stateline Summer League information has been posted Summer League Congratulations go out to two more seniors. Sam Ziola-Vega signed at Minot State, N. Dakota and Taylor Serrano signed with Illinois Central College. Congratulations girls, keep up the good work. Diamond Elite has signed 3 more seniors. Special congratulations to Kate Nowak who signed at St Ambrose, Maggie Kamp who signed at Calvin, and Haley Snyder who signed with University of Alabama Hunstville. Good luck I'm sure you all will make us proud. This moves the 2012 DEVAs past the halfway mark and there are only 6 unsigned seniors waiting to make their decisions. The spring season is coming quickly. U12s and younger may sign up by going to the Tryouts page and signing up. U13 & U14 tryouts will be on Feb 24th. U15 and older tryouts to be posted soon. All age groups see the tryout page for details DEVA is "In The Red" The Windy City Power league is comprised of about 48-60 of the most talented teams at each age group. The league is then sub-divided into three-four categories based on each team's play over the first 3 days. DEVA 12 Emerald, 13 Jade, 14 Jade, and 15 Emerald have all made the Red (strongest) division at their age group and will compete against 15 other teams for national bids. Congratulations to Felicia Schaap, who signed with Dordt college. Congratulations to Casey Janko, our first signee of the 2012 graduating class. She will play at Augustana. Good Luck Casey. Congratulations to the team of Mariana Rogers/Felicia Schaap, Claudia Kalin/Kate Nowak and also Sam Ziola-Vega/Casey Janko for all earning bids for the AAU national Junior Olympic beach tournament in New Orleans. We would like to thank all of the DEVA players, coaches, and parents for making our third season even more successful than our second season. The improvement that we saw the teams and individual players make throughout the season makes us very proud. We promise player improvement and we believe that players will improve more with Diamond Elite than with anyone else. 12 Emerald Winning the Energy Tournament The improvement that was made this year is evidence that we take this promise very seriously.
